The Organizing Committee of the KSUM Open 2019 has blocked a number of rooms close to the congress venue, COEX, at special discounted rates.
Special rates have been secured by the committee but can be obtained only until April 8, 2019.
In order to secure hotel accommodations, it is highly recommended that participants should reserve their room as early as possible.

- 1. The room rates are fixed in Korean Won.
- 2. All personal charges, i.e. room service, phone, mini bar, are the participant’s responsibility.
- 3. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
- 4. Extra person’s charges or extra bed charges are subjected to each hotel’s policy.
- 5. Attendees staying in their rooms beyond check-out time without hotel authorization will be charged for an additional night.
- 6. For the convenience of guests, SHILLA STAY operates free shuttle services (twice a day) from hotel to COEX in the morning.

- Step 3 : Fill out the hotel reservation form and send it directly to the hotel via e-mail by April 8 (Mon), 2019. (Make reservation with a credit card information for the guarantee)
- Step 4 : Receive the confirmation letter from the hotel.
